Who makes your apparel products?
Our products are handmade by our founder, Erika Venza.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
We DO NOT ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
I never received my package?If you have an issue or have not received your package, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. If the package is lost or does not arrive, we will refund you the purchase price of your order less shipping. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the ship date. Your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons.
Can you refund my order?Shipping internationally may take longer than expected, so please be patient when ordering from another country. Remember that Adults Skate Too LLC is based in the USA, and shipping outside of the country may have delays due to customs, weather, etc.
Will I have to pay Duty and VAT charges?Upon delivery, your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.). Unfortunately, Adults Skate Too LLC has no control over these fees as they are decided and charged by your local customs office.
If payment of additional fees is refused at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.
What if I want something that is sold out?
We don't operate like a typical apparel company with a "running stock" of items. Each restock we do is a limited run or made to order, so keep an eye out for new restocks, and let us know if there is anything you'd like to see. Don't forget to sign up for our mailing list to see what's coming!
What if I purchased an item and the same item goes on sale the next day?
When you buy with us, you can get a 1-time price adjustment within three days of purchase if the item is now on sale. Price adjustment requests will be honored when items are purchased at FULL RETAIL price and if the merchandise is discounted within three days of the original purchase date.
Will it Work on Black Friday/Cyber Monday: Yes, as long as your purchase is within three days. To obtain a price adjustment, send an email message to email@example.com within the 3-day window. Please include your order number and the email you used to make your purchase.

Can I exchange a giveaway item for something else?
No, giveaway items cannot be exchanged for something else.
Can I use my giveaway item as store credit for something else?
Unfortunately, items won in giveaways cannot be used as store credit.
Can I use a coupon or discount code on a pre-order item?
No, coupon/discount codes may not be used on pre-order items.
I got a coupon code for free shipping. Can I get my order overnight or upgrade the shipping?
No, free shipping coupons apply to standard first class shipping in the US only.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do custom orders! Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Custom items are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
