Refund Policy

Adults Skate Too is a small, skater-owned shop, so every order matters to us and we want you to be happy with what arrives. Most things can be exchanged or returned for store credit, and a few are final sale because of what they are or how few of them we make. If you're unsure about anything, email us before you order and we'll gladly help.

Exchanges and store credit

You can exchange an eligible item or return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Many of our pieces are made in small runs, so an exchange depends on the size or item you'd like still being in stock. If it's sold out, we'll give you store credit instead so you can shop again later. We don't refund to the original payment method, and we don't charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at contact@adultsskatetoo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. Return shipping is up to you. If you'd like a prepaid return label, we can send one, and its cost comes off your store credit or exchange. To return something from one of our partner brands, CRS Cross or Rude Cosmetics, email us the same way and we'll work it out with the brand.

Final sale

Items in these collections are final sale, so they can't be returned or exchanged:

• OneofOne Collection
• Mystery Merch, like the mystery shirts and mystery bundles
• Pre Loved Skating Gear
• Sale & Clearance, which is where our liquidation and sale items are now

They're final sale because they're clearance, one of a kind, a surprise, made in a limited run, secondhand or meant to be applied at home. A sale price on its own doesn't make something final sale, so a marked-down item that isn't in one of these collections can still be exchanged or returned for store credit as described above.

Printables

Our printables are digital files, so they're final sale once you've bought them. If a file won't open or doesn't download properly, email us with your order number and we'll send you a new one.

Items printed to order

Some items are printed just for you after you order, and the product page will say so. Because they're made for you, we can't take them back for a change of mind or a different size. If one arrives misprinted or damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it.

Heat transfers

Heat transfers are final sale, and once a transfer has been applied or attempted we can't refund, exchange or credit it, even if it didn't turn out. How a transfer comes out depends on the heat, the pressure, the fabric and your technique, and those are out of our hands once it reaches you. We'd always rather hear from you before you press, so if anything in the instructions is unclear, please email us first.

Help with sizing

Sizing online can be tricky, especially with one-of-ones that come in a single size. The size guide on each product page is a good place to start, and if you'd like a second opinion, email us before you order and we'll help you with fit.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility, so by placing an international order you agree to cover them. If an international package comes back to us because those fees weren't paid or the delivery was refused, we can't refund or credit it.
