🛍️ Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2025

We’re a small, skater-owned business, and every order truly means the world to us. While we do our best to be flexible, some items are final sale due to their nature or limited availability. Please review the details below before purchasing.

➕ Exchanges or Store Credit (No Refunds)

For eligible items, we offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The requested size or item is still available (many items are limited run)

If the item you’d like to exchange for is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a store credit so you can shop again later.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

📦 How Returns Work

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • If you need a prepaid return label, we’re happy to provide one — the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

❌ Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

The following collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

  • Heat Transfers
  • AST Premium Zip Up Jackets
  • OneOfOne Collection
  • HUGE SAVINGS – Liquidation Sale
  • Pre-Loved Skating Gear
  • SALE

These items are excluded from returns due to being clearance, limited run, custom, secondhand, or application-based products.

🔥 Heat Transfers — Important Notice

Heat transfers are considered a skill-based, application product. Results depend on temperature, pressure, surface material, and technique.

Because application conditions vary and are outside our control, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or credits for heat transfers once applied or attempted, even if the result is unsuccessful.

We strongly recommend reviewing all instructions carefully and reaching out with questions before applying.

🌍 International Orders

We do not issue refunds or credits for international packages returned due to:

  • Unpaid customs or VAT
  • Refusal to accept delivery

By placing an international order, you agree to cover any duties, import taxes, or fees required by your country.
