Thank you for supporting Adults Skate Too LLC! As a small business, many of our products are made to order, and we work with both in-house and trusted fulfillment partners to deliver high-quality goods. Please review the following Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policies before making a purchase.


📍 Domestic Shipping

Our products are fulfilled through a combination of in-house shipping and select partner warehouses, depending on the item.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Production time: 1–3 business days after processing (for made-to-order items)

  • Shipping time: Varies based on destination and carrier

  • Peak periods & holidays: Processing and production may take longer due to increased volume

If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.


📫 Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.


🚚 Multi-Shipment Orders

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the items in your cart.
Some products are shipped directly from AST HQ, while others may be fulfilled by our production or brand partners. These items may have different shipping timelines and separate tracking numbers.


✏️ Incorrect Address Liability

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the information submitted, we cannot offer a refund. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.


📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours after shipment.


📉 Damaged or Lost Packages

Adults Skate Too LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and items for the claims process.


🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

  • Customs, duties & taxes: These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.
