Lesson Notebook (Printable PDF)
Most of us walk out of a lesson sure we'll remember everything, and by the next practice half of it has gone. This notebook gives every lesson its own page, with room for what you worked on, what your coach said in their own words, your homework for next time and how the lesson felt.
There's a goals page to fill in with your coach, a page for the questions that come up in practice and one for the things your coach says every single week. It uses the same 1 to 5 as our free practice tracker, so the two work side by side if you already log your sessions there.
17 pages. US Letter, A4 and a black-and-white printer-friendly version, all in one download.

No. It isn't made by or connected to U.S. Figure Skating or the ISU. It's made by adult skaters, for adult skaters. Rules change most seasons, so check with your coach or your event's announcement too.
Will it print on A4 paper?
Yes, there's an A4 version in the download. The black-and-white one is US Letter size, so pick fit to page if you print it on A4.
Can I share it with my skating friends?
It's just for you. Print as many copies as you need for your own skating, but please don't share or resell the files.
