3. You Ship When It Sells
Once your item sells, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions. You’ll ship directly to the buyer.
We can also accept offers.

How does consignment work? ▼
Submit your item through our portal. We review it within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we create a listing on our store. When it sells, you ship directly to the buyer and we send you payment minus our commission.
What items do you accept? ▼
We accept figure skating dresses, jackets, boots, blades, accessories, apparel, and bags in good or better condition. Items should be clean, functional, and accurately described.
What is the commission structure? ▼
We take a 30% commission on the sale price plus a 2.9% payment processing fee. For example, on a $100 item: $30 commission + $2.90 processing = $67.10 payout to you.
How do I get paid? ▼
After the buyer receives their item, we process your payment via PayPal or Venmo (your choice during submission). Payouts are typically sent within 3-5 business days of delivery confirmation.
How does shipping work? ▼
You keep your item until it sells. Once sold, we'll email you the buyer's shipping address. You purchase your own shipping label and ship directly to the buyer within 5 business days. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — USPS, UPS, and FedEx all work great. After you ship, add the tracking number in the Seller Portal so we can update the buyer.
How long does review take? ▼
We typically review submissions within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email when your listing is approved or if we need more information.
What if my item doesn't sell? ▼
Items are listed for up to 90 days. If your item doesn't sell, we'll reach out to discuss options including price adjustments, relisting, or return shipping.
How do I track my listing? ▼
Log in to this portal anytime to see the status of all your listings, track earnings, and manage your items.
Can buyers make offers on my items? ▼
Yes! Buyers can submit offers on any consignment listing using the "Make an Offer" button on the product page. You'll receive an email notification when an offer comes in. Log in to the Seller Portal to review offers — you'll see the offer price, a profit comparison (your payout at the listed price vs. the offer price), and options to accept or decline. If you accept, the listing price is automatically updated.
