We pack and ship most in-house items within 2–3 business days. Some made-to-order or restock items may take longer — if there’s a delay, we’ll always keep you in the loop.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery — as long as the item is unworn and the size you need is still in stock.
