The learning curve varies for each individual. With consistent practice, adults can achieve basic proficiency in a few months. Becoming more skilled and confident on the ice may take longer. Ultimately, everybody progresses at their own pace, and the only thing that matters is if you are having fun!

After each session, wipe down the blades to prevent rust. AST offers branded ombre microfiber towels perfect for this. Store skates in a dry place and consider using blade guards when off the ice. Regularly check and tighten screws as needed.

Light stretching, leg swings, and ankle rotations can help warm up your muscles and joints before hitting the ice. It's important to start slowly to prevent injury.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. As our products are made-to-order, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for production.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. In some cases, we can cancel with a 30% restocking fee. We hope to have a better cancellation window one day in the future.

Yes, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We aim for timely deliveries, but delays can happen, especially during busy periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.

If you have an issue or have not received your package, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. If the package is lost or does not arrive, we will refund you the purchase price of your order less shipping. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the ship date. Your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons.

Upon delivery, your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.). Unfortunately, Adults Skate Too LLC has no control over these fees as they are decided and charged by your local customs office.

If payment of additional fees is refused at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are set by your country’s government and are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay and the package is returned to us, you will not recieve refund.

Processing time can be up to 5 business days as our products are made to order. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days depending on the shipping carrier selected. International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

We collaborate with a printing company for certain designs, and they produce our tees using the same blanks as those crafted in-house. Because of this, orders may be shipped from various locations.

We happily offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or item, as long as:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

The size you need is still in stock (some items are limited or discontinued)

If we don’t have the size you need, we can offer store credit so you can pick something else.
