📍 Domestic Shipping

Our products are fulfilled through a combination of in-house shipping and select partner warehouses, depending on the item.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Production time: 1–3 business days after processing (for made-to-order items)
• Shipping time: Varies based on destination and carrier
• Peak periods & holidays: Processing and production may take longer due to increased volume.

If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The size/item you need is still available (some items are limited run)

If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll send you a store credit code so you can shop again later.

📦 How Returns Work

• You’ll cover return shipping to us (we’ll send you the address).
• Need a prepaid label? We can email one - we’ll simply deduct the cost from your store credit or exchange value.

• All sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale.
• This includes personalized items or anything made-to-order specifically for you.
