Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. It is important to be aware that orders are final once they have been confirmed.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most AST orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom items or made-to-order products may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We want you to love your order! If anything’s wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
